The View hosts slam ‘disrespectful’ Lana Del Rey over late Glastonbury set

After the artist musician appeared late for her end of the week Glastonbury execution since her hair took too lengthy to even consider doing, the cohosts of the long-running syndicated program went in on the “discourteous” conduct.

“I might want to attempt that. ‘Definitely, we’re late, we didn’t come on time today on the grounds that our hair took excessively lengthy,'” mediator Whoopi Goldberg said as the table talked about Del Rey’s delay during Monday’s Intriguing issues section.

Goldberg suggested that Del Rey should’ve told her fans she’d give them “$20 back on your ticket” as compensation, but cohost Sara Haines wasn’t having any of it.

“It doesn’t make any difference what its identity is, regardless of whether individuals would sit tight for them. I believe it’s such a disregard of individuals’ time. We as a whole know individuals who are late constantly, it’s so self centered,” Haines said. “I believe it’s discourteous… individuals that have shows, individuals that are stars, since you’re that way doesn’t make your time more significant than individuals that are sitting tight for you.”

The 38-year-old “Mid year Misery” entertainer made an appearance to Glastonbury something like 30 minutes late on Saturday, provoking the setting to remove her to stick to a severe check in time.

“I was so f- – – ing late that I am going to rush this set today. Assuming they cut power, I’m super f- – – ing sorry,” Del Rey told the group. “My hair takes such a long time to do.”

Recordings from the occasion showed Del Rey endeavoring to address the group after her mic was apparently cut, and fans sang her verses while security accompanied her off stage.

Agents for Del Rey didn’t quickly answer EW’s solicitation for input.
